Swaraj Gadicherla

Swaraj Gadicherla is a Senior Application Engineer at Shelter Insurance since May 2006, specializing in the management, architecture, and support of Open System and Mainframe applications, particularly the HR Personal Financial Application utilized for Payroll and Agency Bonuses. In addition to this role, Swaraj is an active member of Shelter Toastmasters, where notable achievements include earning Competent Communicator and Competent Leader designations and holding various club positions such as Sergeant at Arms and Vice President of Education. Between 2006 and 2010, Swaraj contributed to the PMI Mid Missouri chapter by maintaining the chapter's web page and supporting various activities. Previously, from April 1997 to May 2006, Swaraj served as a Sr. Systems Analyst and Project Manager at Ciber Inc., focusing on re-engineering and QA for the Demand Forecasting System at MOPAR. Educationally, Swaraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Andhra University, completed in 1995, after attending A V N College and Annapurna Tutorial School.
