Rebecca Hallum

Rebecca Hallum serves as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance at Shepherd Center since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca accumulated extensive experience at the Georgia Hospital Association from February 2017 to April 2025, holding multiple titles including Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Healthcare Improvement Programs. Rebecca's earlier positions include Compliance Manager at Families First, Compliance Analyst at Harbin Clinic, and various law clerk and intern roles at organizations such as The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, ACLU of Georgia, and the National Institutes of Health. Rebecca earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Political Science from Stetson University.
