Marte B. Timmers

Marte B. Timmers has been a member of Sherman & Howard since September 2017. Prior to that, they were an attorney at Baker & Hostetler LLP from October 2010 to September 2017, where they practiced as a commercial litigator and family law lawyer. Marte also worked as an associate attorney at Baker & Hostetler LLP from October 2000 to October 2005, where they gained experience with insurance subrogation, various aspects of commercial litigation, appeals and family law cases. From January 2007 to September 2010, Ms. Timmers served as a magistrate for the State of Colorado Judicial Branch.

Marte B. Timmers first attended the University of Virginia where they obtained their B.A. in Communications. Marte then went on to William & Mary Law School where they obtained their Juris Doctorate.
