Douglas MacDonald

Douglas MacDonald has extensive work experience in engineering and research and development. Douglas has held various roles at Sherman + Reilly Inc., Sherman + Reilly, Inc / Textron, and Sherman & Reilly, Inc / Textron, including Director of Engineering / R&D and Senior Engineering Manager. MacDonald also worked at Steelcase Inc. as a Principal Engineer and Engineering Team Leader, where they managed engineering teams and led R&D initiatives. Douglas also worked at PolyVision (a Steelcase subsidiary) as an Engineering Program Manager, where they established and managed an engineering team and implemented global change management processes.

Douglas MacDonald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from LSSU, specializing in Engineering Technology, from 1982 to 1986.
