Lori Partain

With more than 20 years of diverse industry experience, Lori Partain is responsible for leading all aspects of Shermco’s Human Resource functions and strategies. Before joining Shermco, Ms. Partain was most recently the Vice President, People for the Advisory business segment of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services, and investment firm. Prior to CBRE, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for Ecolab where she spent almost 10 years leading human resources for divisions of Ecolab’s Industrial Group including energy, water, mining, paper, and food and beverage across 160 countries. Ms. Partain holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Amberton University.
