Racheal Gaffney

Administrative Director at Sherpa Design

Racheal Gaffney has been working in administrative and event coordination roles for over 15 years. Racheal began their career at East West College in 2005 as an Administrative Service Manager and Event Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for front desk and business office administration, as well as coordinating events for the college. In 2006, they took on the role of Executive Director at P-Town Independent Productions, where they conducted board meetings and planned and executed fundraising events that featured local artists and musicians.

In 2013, Racheal became the Executive Director at Love Bomb An Explosive Cancer Benefit for Chelsia Rice. In this role, they were responsible for event concept, venue selection/coordination, volunteer coordination, talent booking, and auction coordination/management. Racheal has been with Sherpa Design since 2014, where they are currently the Administrative Director.

Racheal Gaffney has a human resources management certificate from Portland State University, a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Oregon, and a diploma from Cleveland High School. Racheal is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.

Katrena Barker - Administrative Assistant, Nicole Stephenson - Administrative Assistant report to Racheal Gaffney. Racheal Gaffney works with Kevin Hlas - Services Delivery Manager, Samuel Backes - Lead Industrial Designer, and Brian Heiken - Technical Operations Manager. Racheal Gaffney reports to Patrick Barrett, Owner.
