Akhil Sharma

Akhil Sharma has a diverse work experience starting as an IELTS Trainer at Absolute Overseas in 2018. Akhil then moved on to work as a Customer Service Representative at Typerium. Later, they worked as a Fundraiser at Fundraising Direct and as a Fulfillment Associate at Goodfood Market. Akhil then transitioned to an IT Technician role at Empire Recrutement before moving on to roles at Sherweb, where they served as an M365 Business Technical Advisor / Mentor, Azure Enterprise support - Level 3, and currently as a Technical Team Lead - Azure AD. Throughout their career, Akhil has demonstrated their expertise in technical support, customer service, team leadership, and solution design.

Akhil Sharma completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ramgarhia College Phagwara in 2018. Following this, they pursued a degree in Computer networks and security at Institut supérieur d’informatique ISI from 2019 to 2021. Akhil also obtained several certifications, including those from Microsoft and Cloud Academy, starting from 2016 up until 2023.
