Andrew Fraser

Andrew Fraser is an experienced marine engineer with a robust background in the maritime industry. Currently serving as the Sole Engineer at Shetland Islands Council since June 2022, Andrew has previously held positions as a 3rd Engineer with United Offshore Support GmbH and Zodiac Maritime from September 2021 to September 2021. Prior to these roles, Andrew gained experience as a Marine Engineering Cadet at Zodiac Maritime Limited from January 2017 to December 2019. Andrew completed a Higher National Diploma in Marine Engineering at City of Glasgow College, where studies occurred from 2017 to 2019, and further honed skills at the same institution in a prior capacity from December 2019 to March 2021.
