Bill Wyckoff

As Vice President of Hardware and Advanced Solutions, Bill Wyckoff oversees a department that manages the OEM partner programs and relationships, supporting SHI's customers and partners' pre-sales technical needs.

Bill's teams work closely with SHI's sales teams and major hardware suppliers (including both HP divisions, Dell, Lenovo and Cisco) to provide expert technical and program support for our customers' integrated hardware solutions.

Bill joined SHI in 1993 and has held various roles in procurement and sales before focusing on partner and product management.

Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University.
