Jim Duong

Jim Duong is an experienced sales manager and executive with a strong background in enterprise sales and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Enterprise District Sales Manager at SHI International Corp. since June 2021, Jim leads and mentors a team of Account Executives in the PNW region, while developing and executing effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Jim held positions at Gartner and Softchoice, contributing to client decision-making through critical insights and fostering technology adoption to enhance business outcomes. Jim's career began at CIBC, where roles spanned from Tax Investigation Officer to Mortgage Officer. Jim holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Marketing Management Certification from Ryerson University.
