Anthony is a 41-year law enforcement veteran and nationally-recognized expert in Real Time Crime and Intelligence Policing technology and systems, with 20 years of leadership in the development of systems and operations for Narcotics/Organized Crime and Counter Terrorism Investigations including:

FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force [JTTF] Member and Supervising Coordinator.

US DHS National Operations Center [NOC] Member and Supervising Coordinator.

He is a sought-after instructor and lecturer to criminal justice personnel on wiretap investigations, organized crime, pro-active criminal investigations, and terrorism at both the local and federal levels including at the FBI Quantico and the Law Enforcement Training Academy.
