Jeremy Wicklund

Jeremy Wicklund has extensive experience in healthcare and pharmacy operations, currently serving as Director of Implementation at Shields Health Solutions since June 2019, where leadership of a high-performing team has led to surpassing budgetary goals and enhancing patient services. Previously, roles included Patient Services Supervisor and Pharmacy Liaison, focusing on improving enrollment metrics and developing remote support initiatives. Prior to Shields, Jeremy managed patient care and pharmacy operations at Thrifty White Pharmacy, implementing efficient processes and achieving notable program growth. Jeremy holds a Master of Business Administration from Manning School of Business, UMass Lowell and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from St. Cloud State University.
