SVP Customer Success at Shift Media

Chris Keenan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1994, they worked at Verizon as the Director of Network & Customer Operations for six years. Chris then moved on to AxTechnology/VP at Axel Johnson Inc. for three years. From 2003 to 2010, Chris worked at KCI as the President, providing consulting services and opening the first two Intelligent Office franchise business units in Washington, D.C. Chris later joined Genesys as the Vice President of Customer Experience, leading the Angel.com team. In 2013, Chris became the Global Director of Global Sales & Marketing Operations at Spirent Communications, a role they held until 2015 when they joined MicroStrategy as the VP of Global Cloud Customer Success & Technical Account Management. From 2018 to 2021, Chris was the EVP of Customer Success at Binary Fountain, a leading online reputation management platform. In 2021, they joined XFERALL as the SVP of Customer Success, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Chris is the SVP of Customer Success at Shift Media, an organization that empowers content creators with innovative products.

Chris Keenan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Systems Theory & Cybernetics from The George Washington University, which they completed in 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a BAS degree in Business Administration & Computer Systems Applications from American University in 1989. Additionally, Chris has participated in the Executive Succession Training program at The Wharton School's Center for Creative Leadership.
