Annette has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held positions at some of the world's leading companies, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Thomson Reuters, and Citi. Wilson has a deep understanding of the importance of aligning learning and development initiatives with business strategy and culture and has been instrumental in helping organizations achieve their goals. Annette is a graduate of Michigan State University and has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
