Jennifer Kline Shernoff is the Vice President of Customer Experience and Product Marketing at Shiftboard, where she provides the voice of the customer and thought leadership to help Shiftboard identify market opportunities and drive customer demand for the company’s solutions. She came to Shiftboard with more than 20 years of experience in customer experience, product design, and marketing at B2B and B2C technology companies.

Before joining Shiftboard, Jennifer was SVP of product and design at Ada, where she helped apply conversational AI to the customer experience. Prior to Ada, Jennifer led teams responsible for go-to-market strategy and helped develop products that expanded customers’ self-service options at LivePerson.

Jennifer holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia and earned her MEd in Higher Education Administration from Seattle University.
