Summer Moon possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Talent at ShiftKey since February 2022. Prior roles include VP of Human Resources at Page Southerland Page, Inc., and various positions at HKS, Inc. ranging from VP of HR Operations to Associate HR Operations Manager. Summer also worked at CallisonRTKL as HR Operations Manager and previously held roles at Callison as Director of Human Resources and Sr. HR Generalist. Early career experience includes HR Manager at Lucidity Consulting Group and HR Assistant at MAGIC. Summer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of North Texas.
