Clayton Panzeri

Clayton Panzeri is an experienced professional in customer service and support, currently serving as the Director of Support at ShiftMed since March 2023. As a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association since January 2023, Clayton has a strong background in customer experience roles, having previously worked at ClickFunnels from June 2017 to March 2023 in various capacities, including Director of Customer Experience and Senior Customer Service Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Citi and Echo Global Logistics, as well as leadership positions at Skyhawks Sports Academy and Freeman High School. Clayton holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Boise State University and an Associate of Science from Spokane Falls Community College.
