Nigel Barkley

Nigel Barkley has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on people and performance management. Nigel is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at shilo.people, where they provide tailored people solutions for clients. Previously, Nigel held the position of People & Performance Manager at MAURI, where they supported the Sales, Tech Apps, and Finance Leadership Teams. Nigel also served as the Head of People & Culture for Coca-Cola Amatil in Papua New Guinea and as a Senior HR Business Partner for the company in multiple countries. Additionally, Nigel has experience as an HR Business Partner at InvoCare and as an HR Director at ResMed.
