Anam Ahmed

Anam Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anam is currently working at Shinydocs as an Enterprise Systems Support Specialist since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Systems Support Specialist at Shinydocs from August 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Shinydocs, Anam worked at D2L as an IT Support Technician from November 2020 to July 2021.

In 2019, Anam worked at Conestoga College as a Help Desk Analyst from January 2020 to April 2020. Anam also served as a Peer Tutor at Conestoga College from September 2019 to December 2019.

Anam gained customer service experience at Majorel, where they worked as a Customer Service Advisor from May 2018 to March 2019.

From 2009 to 2017, Anam worked at the University of Waterloo in various roles. Anam served as an Usher from September 2009 to December 2017 and also worked as a Proctor and Scribe from September 2010 to December 2010.

Anam started their teaching career at Bahria University, where they worked as a Lecturer from August 2014 to March 2016. Prior to this, they served as a Visiting Faculty at Bahria University from September 2013 to May 2014.

Anam Ahmed completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, which took place from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2012, Anam pursued a Masters degree in Management Science at the University of Waterloo. Later, in 2019 to 2020, Anam attended Conestoga College and obtained an Ontario College Diploma in Information Technology Support Services. Additionally, Anam acquired a certification in "How to use roadmaps in Jira" from Coursera in March 2023.
