Stacey West

Stacey West's work experience includes positions at multiple companies. From April 2022 until the present, Stacey has been a Customer Success Operations Specialist at Shinydocs, a company that focuses on reimagining how data is used in business. Prior to this, Stacey worked as a Technical Customer Support Representative at Shinydocs starting in April 2019.

Before joining Shinydocs, Stacey had a long tenure at Lone Wolf Technologies, where they held the roles of Customer Service Representative from March 2014 until January 2019 and Implementation Specialist from October 2018 to December 2018.

Stacey's career began at Niagara-Info Train Systems Ltd as an IT Support Technician in September 1997 and continued in that role until June 2009.

Stacey West obtained a Certificate in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Delta College, Montreal in 1996-1997. In addition to their formal education, Stacey has obtained several certifications, including the 2023 Core App from Smartsheet and the Egnyte Collaboration Essentials certification from Egnyte, both in May 2023. Stacey also earned the Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in April 2022.
