Valeria Cadoria has a long history of work experience. Valeria began their career in 2002 as a Store Manager at Snaitech S.p.A. In 2010, they took on the role of English Teacher at Canadian Centre. In 2012, they moved to Cygnific, where they held the roles of Team Lead KLM Social Media, Supervisor KLM Social Media, Mentor KLM Social Media, Senior Customer Contact Representative KLM Social Media, and Customer Contact Representative KLM Social Media. In 2020, they took on the roles of Knowledge, Training & Quality Specialist Customer Relations and Customer Relations Team Lead at Rituals. Most recently, in 2021, they have been working as Support Team Lead, Senior Customer Support Specialist, and Customer Support Specialist at ShippyPro.
Valeria Cadoria started their education in 1997 at Liceo Socio Psico Pedagogico, where they obtained a Diploma in Education in 2002. Valeria then attended Università degli Studi di Genova, where they studied Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations. In 2014, they received a Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt from KLM-Cygnific. In 2015, they earned a Level B2 Dutch Language from Dutch Courses Amsterdam. In 2016, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Facilitator training at Cygnific. In 2021, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 79/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
