Erica Willoughby

Erica Willoughby has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erica started their career at AT&T Int'l in 1987 as a Supervisor in the Maintenance of Undersea Digital Fiber Optic cables, a role they held until 1998. In 2010, they volunteered at the St. Bernard CFC office for three years. Since 2014, Erica has been a part of ShipServ, initially joining as Sales Operations Manager & Digital Content and then transitioning to their current role as a Product Adoption Manager in March 2022.

Erica Willoughby earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University. Erica later pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they completed between 1995 and 1997.
