Raul Tampadong

Raul Tampadong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Raul started their career as an Account Executive in Directories Philippines Corporation, where they managed and grew accounts of current advertisers while also prospecting and acquiring new advertiser accounts. After that, they worked as a Corporate Account Manager in First Datacorp, where they managed and developed corporate and enterprise accounts, built strong customer relationships, and positioned and sold IT solutions and services.

Raul then joined Deltek, where they held multiple positions over several years. As an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager/Team Leader, they served as a customer advocate, built strong customer relationships, and conducted and processed sales of enterprise licenses, module add-ons, term renewals, and prepaid consulting services. Raul also worked as an On-Site Manager, overseeing the needs of employees whose managers were based offshore, and as a Senior Manager of Customer Success, leading a team of Customer Success Managers.

Next, Raul served as the Vice President and Head of Global Customer Success at Crisalix, where they were responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and driving customer success strategies globally. Raul then became the Director and Head of Global Customer Success at INSPECTORIO, leading the customer success efforts on a global scale.

Before their current role, Raul was the Co-founder of Rada & Rane, a company founded in 2020. Currently, they work at ShipServ as the Group Head of SaaS Revenue Operations, where they are responsible for ensuring a seamless and effective SaaS prospect and customer journey. Raul leads multiple teams, such as Digital Marketing, Business Development and Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Billing and Collections, and Group Sales Operations, to achieve all SaaS revenue and operational targets.

Raul Tampadong completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University from 2003 to 2007.
