Lance Aquino has a strong background in customer success and support roles. Lance began their career in 2017 at Shangri-La Group as a Reservations Sales Agent, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, Lance joined Glofox as a Customer Support Specialist and later became a Senior Customer Support Specialist.
