Sam Chappell

Sam Chappell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership. Currently serving as the Founder and Podcast Host at Not a Threat since March 2024, Sam explores the intersection of humanity and artificial intelligence. As Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Shirley Parsons since November 2012, Sam focuses on enhancing productivity and fostering continuous improvement. Previously, Sam contributed as Director and Co-founder in North America, driving revenue growth and managing cross-functional teams. Early career experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant for multinational firms and serving as a Camp America Counsellor at NJY Camps. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
