Aga W.

Aga W. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Most recently, they served as the Director of Quality Engineering at SHL Medical starting in December 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Aga held roles at both Epredia and Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior R&D Manager, focusing on Design Assurance, Verification & Validation. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Design & Compliance Engineer, QA, where they specialized in various aspects of product design control, risk management, usability engineering, and certification compliance. Before that, Aga worked as a Senior Product Quality Engineer at ConvaTec from 2015 to 2016, and as a Product Engineer at Pall Corporation from 2013 to 2015. Their early career at Corning Incorporated included roles as a Senior R&D Product Development Engineer and Lean Manufacturing Engineer, where they were involved in new product introductions, product validation, test planning, and lean manufacturing implementation.
