Andrea Leuenberger MA.Ed, MBA is a highly experienced program manager with a strong background in hospitality education and operational excellence. Currently serving as Program Manager for the online Master's program and lifelong learning initiatives at Swiss Hotel Management School since August 2013, Andrea oversees complex stakeholder ecosystems and manages multiple aspects of program delivery and participant engagement. Prior roles include impactful positions at Hôtel Beau-Rivage Genève and various Radisson properties, where Andrea contributed to enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
