Willow Lange

Willow Lange has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Willow started their career as a Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger, where they interacted with customers and assisted with their needs. Willow then worked as a Counsellor at Camp Couchiching, responsible for 8-13 children aged 7-15, running programs and promoting development, inclusiveness, and positivity.

Willow also had roles at Rubio's Restaurants and Ugurt as a Cashier, providing excellent customer service and handling transactions. Willow worked as a Server at O'Shucks Bar and Grill/Aah! Sushi, serving customers and managing their dining experience.

At Camp Couchiching, Willow held several positions, including Outdoor Centre Staff, where they coordinated and ran programming for school groups, ensuring their safety and providing a memorable camping experience. Willow also served as the Counseling Manager, supporting counselors and campers, organizing activities, and addressing camper issues. Additionally, they directed the Pathways program, focusing on the integration and growth of special needs campers.

Willow's experience also includes working as Event Staff at Informa Exhibitions - Canada and as a Summer Programs Coordinator, Social Media Manager, and Assistant Summer Camp Director at Camp Couchiching. In these roles, they managed various responsibilities, including organizing events, coordinating programs, managing social media, and promoting the camp's image.

Currently, Willow is employed as a People Operations Manager at Shoelace, responsible for overseeing people operations. Willow'srole includes managing personnel and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Willow Lange completed their high school education at Park City High School from 2009 to 2011 and obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended the University of Utah from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, majoring in Communication Studies. In addition to their formal education, Willow Lange also obtained a certification in Scuba diving from NAUI Diving LLC. - NAUI North Africa in March 2014.
