Heather Midwinter

Heather Midwinter has a solid background in real estate law. Heather currently holds the position of Real Estate Principal Associate at Shoosmiths, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, Heather worked as a Real Estate Associate at DWF from June 2019 to January 2022. Heather also served as a Real Estate Associate at Duncan Rann from May 2013 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Heather gained experience as a Real Estate Legal Executive at Sandersons Solicitors from June 2007 to March 2013 and as a Legal Secretary at Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand Solicitors from July 2002 to April 2007.

Heather Midwinter completed their LPC degree at The University of Law from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied Law at De Montfort University and also pursued a Law degree at the Institute of Legal Executives. Heather's earlier education was undertaken at Queen Elizabeth School, Kirkby Lonsdale.
