This CRM Associate role presents a unique opportunity to grow, nurture and engage the ShopBack’s community & help deliver the most rewarding shopping experience. A curious, driven and technically able CRM expert will be a great fit for this team. You'll join the Malaysian based team supporting the Australian operations, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to plan and execute winning CRM strategies.
Your Adventure Ahead
- Own the CRM marketing calendar execution - working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure frequency & targeting is both optimised and within guidance
- Manage the execution of day-to-day CRM strategies and activities through channels including email, app push notifications and in app pop up
- Continuously monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise targeting, messaging, and creative
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (local marketing, sales, data) to ensure ambitious objectives and commitments are achieved
- Leverage customer data and insights to identify winning strategies in segmentation, personalisation, and conversion
- Improve CRM processes and efficiency to help the business scale its operations
Essentials to Succeed
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM strategy and execution. Having experience from e-commerce/tech industry in CRM would be an advantage
- Must have experience with CRM platforms (ie Braze, Hubspot, Oracle Responsys, or relevant platforms)
- Power user of Google Suite (ie Docs, Slides, Sheets) or equivalent (Excel/Powerpoint/Doc).
