As a Social Media Content Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing Ad Sales projects from inception to completion. The role is based in Malaysia, and will support the Singapore market. You will work closely with the content strategist to manage incoming requests, establish project timelines, and ensure all content is aligned with our brand's voice and objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a knack for detail, and a passion for social media marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage incoming asks for Ad Sales projects, working closely with the content strategist to draft initial timelines and coordinate all project phases. Able to make good judgements to adjust timeline and manage social assets.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Chase reports from external media partners and gather data from internal reports to track project performance for Ad Sales reporting.
  • Content Creation: Create and adjust static content posts, and ensure they meet ShopBack brand guidelines, Merchant brand and project objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Assist in briefing content requirements to the graphic design team or external content partners, and ensure clarity of vision and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or content coordination, preferably with a focus on Ad Sales projects.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Organised with good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for content adjustment and basic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in social media editing tools like CapCut would be advantageous
  • Experience with digital advertising and understanding of social media platforms' advertising standards would be advantageous
