Kristal Serrano

Kristal Serrano has a strong background in software quality assurance. Kristal currently works at ShopBack as a Senior Software QA Engineer, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software QA Engineer at ShopBack from March 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining ShopBack, Kristal worked at ZALORA Group as a Lead QA Engineer - Mobile from May 2020 to February 2021. Kristal also held the positions of Senior QA Engineer - Mobile from April 2018 to May 2020, and QA Engineer - Mobile from June 2016 to March 2018.

Kristal's work experience includes a role as a QA Executive at Ebix from July 2014 to June 2016. Kristal was also a QA Engineer at Triquesta from May 2013 to June 2014, and at Zeniark Philippines Consulting Corp from May 2012 to November 2012.
