In 2019, they joined VinID as a Software Engineer and worked on the development of the VinID gamification platform. Nguyen Manh also ensured the functionality and performance of the system through the implementation of unit and load tests.

In 2020, Nguyen Manh Dat moved to TIKI Corporation as a Software Engineer. Nguyen Manh also optimized microservices and managed cloud infrastructure to enhance system performance. From 2021 to 2023, Nguyen Manh Dat worked at Codelight, first as a Software Engineer and later as a Technical Lead. In these roles, they led a full-functional team of 7 software engineers, successfully developing and delivering a fintech product and a recruitment platform.
