Adam Sich, CCIM, CPM, CRRP has a diverse background in property management and development. Adam started their career as a Leasing Agent at Central Development Enterprises, LLC in 2003, where they gained experience in tenant prospecting and evaluation. Adam then joined Gulfcoast Development Partners as a Real Estate Broker, before transitioning into the role of Commercial Property Manager and Asset Manager. In this role, they handled landlord representation and asset management for commercial retail, office space, land, and residential apartment units.

In 2011, Sich joined Westfield as a General Manager, overseeing the strategic planning, lease enforcement, budget preparation, and marketing operations for a 1+ million square foot regional shopping center. Adam utilized their leadership and communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders and implemented operational improvements to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Sich has been working at ShopCore Properties as a Regional General Manager, responsible for managing and operating various properties in the Southeast Portfolio. Adam has overseen the redevelopment of a specialty/lifestyle center in Palm Beach Gardens into a multi-use retail, office, residential, and hotel property. Adam has also managed power centers, grocery-anchored centers, and mixed-use assets in the South Florida market, as well as residential towers and luxury apartments in Orlando and Atlanta.

Throughout their career, Sich has demonstrated a strong understanding of property management industry principles and procedures. Adam is skilled in analyzing financial data, preparing reports and projections, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Adam Sich, CCIM, CPM, CRRP graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2004 with a degree in Finance/Business Management. Adam obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) from ICSC in December 2018, the Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) from ICSC in June 2014, the Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) from ICSC in December 2013, and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in October 2010. Adam also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. Additionally, they have certifications in Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Certified Marketing Director (CMD), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), Specialty Leasing Designation (SLD), and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
