Alex Menendez is a seasoned professional in client strategy and customer success, currently serving as VP of Client Strategy at ShopMy since April 2025, where consultation on revenue growth strategies is a primary focus. Concurrently, Alex provides strategic advice to the investment team and founders at Primary Venture Partners. Previous experience includes roles at Morning Consult as SVP of Account Management & Customer Success, leading teams to enhance revenue retention and user adoption; at Peek as VP of Customer Success and Support, transforming the function into a revenue-generating operation; and at Artsy, where responsibilities as Senior Director of Sales and Partner Success included expanding the art market.
