Marcelo da Costa Santos

Marcelo da Costa Santos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and real estate advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Preservaland Inc. and Head of Logistics at REC Gestão de Recursos S.A., Marcelo has also held board positions at Shopping Vitória and imobles, and is a Partner at GPAtlantic. Previously, Marcelo acted as the Co-Chair for the GRI Global Committee on Light Industrial & Logistics and was the CEO and Managing Partner at NAI Brazil until its acquisition by Binswanger Brasil. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Cushman & Wakefield and consulting roles in the construction sector. Marcelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade de Sao Paulo and has pursued further education in economics and English language studies across various institutions.
