Product Marketing Manager at Shoreline Wind

Jemima Woolverton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jemima started their career at Oxford Archaeology Limited, where they served as a Jigsaw Community Archaeologist and later became a Supervisor responsible for field work, outreach, and communications. During this time, they led successful community engagement projects and managed internal and external communications, including the design and management of the company's intranet and website.

In 2015, Jemima joined Icomera AB, initially as a Marketing Content Specialist, where they wrote marketing material and managed hardware and software products. Jemima then transitioned to the role of Product Marketing Strategist, responsible for managing new products through the productization process and organizing the company's presence at trade shows and events. Later on, they became a Product Manager, handling the Product Lifecycle Management of routers and creating a new pricing model for hardware. Jemima also represented the company in industry initiatives such as the ITxPT initiative.

In 2018, Jemima became actively involved with ITxPT, serving as an Executive Board Member and the Requirements Committee Chair. In these roles, they contributed to the development and implementation of requirements processes for the new IT standard for public transport. Jemima also worked as a consultant through Icomera, leading biweekly conference calls and managing the company's involvement in ITxPT.

Jemima then joined Greenbyte in 2020 as a Product Manager, initially focusing on customer-facing features related to wind and solar energy production monitoring and analysis. Jemima later took on a larger role as a Product Manager, Technical Asset Management, leading a multi-development team project to introduce local time zone support across the Greenbyte platform. Their responsibilities included backlog and roadmap management, prioritization, communication within development teams, and supporting their own team.

Most recently, Jemima joined Shoreline Wind in 2022 as a Product Manager.

Jemima Woolverton obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2009. Jemima later pursued a Master's Degree in Community Archaeology from Bishop Grosseteste University, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Jemima has obtained several certifications, including the Galileo Master Certificate in Solar Photovoltaic and Wind Power courses from the Renewable Energy Institute in July 2021, the SheCodes Plus and SheCodes Coding Workshop from SheCodes Workshops in September 2020 and June 2020 respectively, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020. Jemima has also received certifications in various other fields such as offshore wind basics, management and leadership essentials, continuous interviewing, power BI, strategic planning skills, and UX design.
