Erica P. Boyd

Erica P. Boyd, Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Erica is from Homer, Louisiana and has lived in Shreveport the past 6 years. She completed the Physical Therapy Assistant program where received her associates degree in applied health & applied sciences at Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC). She graduated and became a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in 2020. Erica found her passion for Physical Therapy and Physical Health and a young age. She discovered this when she had to do Physical Therapy for a sports injury over 10 years ago. Erica believes that God called her to this field to be able to leave fingerprints in patients' lives, for them to have a pain free life, and to be stronger/healthier overall. Erica strongly believe her PTA career is God's Will in her personal journey. She enjoys exercise and active lifestyle daily, and spending time with her husband and dog. She believes that every person that comes into her, no matter for what reason, is meant to have a purpose in her story, and that she is meant to have a purpose in theirs.
