Christos Hadjiaslanis

Christos Hadjiaslanis has a diverse work experience in both software engineering and entrepreneurship. Christos is the Founder of Shuttle, a company they started in 2019. In 2020, Christos worked as part of the YC S20 program at Y Combinator.

Prior to that, they served as a Software Engineer at Provenance Technologies Ltd from September 2018 to September 2019. At Provenance, they developed behavioral-finance algorithms for investing in listed securities by leveraging big-data analytics.

Before joining Y Combinator, Christos worked as a Software Engineer at PA Consulting from November 2017 to August 2018. There, they built a scalable RESTful API using Java 8 and Maven and implemented CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications. Christos also followed Agile Development practices and utilized the Google Cloud Platform for their projects.

Christos also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Pushme from March 2017 to July 2017, and as an Electronic Engineering Intern at Adidor MPM from June 2016 to September 2016. Additionally, they completed summer internships at VoiceWeb SA in 2014 and 2015, where they developed client-facing tools and wrote unit tests for the sms-system server.

Christos started their career as a Summer Intern at SYNTAX IT Inc. in 2012, where they worked with the Pentest Team.

Christos Hadjiaslanis attended The Moraitis School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an IB Diploma. Following this, they pursued their higher education at the University of Bath from 2013 to 2017. During that time, they completed their studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree.
