Chris Townsell

Chris Townsell has extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Field Service Technician at IT Consultant since July 2015, Chris specializes in hardware repairs for computers and POS equipment. Previous positions include Customer Service Representative at Agero, Inc. and Case Manager at Teleperformance, where responsibilities involved client support and case management. As Plant Manager at Ron's Home Style Foods from January 2005 to July 2015, Chris managed the entire manufacturing process for a cold salad facility, achieving a 30% reduction in labor costs through workflow restructuring and compliance with government regulations. Chris holds a degree in Music and Video Business from The Art Institutes, as well as one year of study in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Sam Houston State University, and completed general studies at Sharpstown High School.
