Rich Sorota has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rich is currently serving as the CEO of Miller Johnson, one of Michigan's largest law firms. Sorota has also held leadership positions at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., where they served as the Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Operations and the Senior Vice President/General Manager of Global Sales & Marketing. Rich was responsible for developing and leading the company's vision, purpose, and strategy, and overseeing all aspects of marketing, sales, customer care, engineering, product development, and project management.
Prior to that, Sorota worked as a Managing Director/Operating Partner at American Capital and as a Strategy & Marketing Consultant for the United States Postal Service, where they coached and transformed the leadership team and drove revenue growth through various initiatives.

Rich Sorota pursued their higher education starting with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Economics from the University of Vermont, which they completed between 1981 and 1985.
