Berno Roodt

Berno Roodt currently serves as the Unit Manager of Human Resources at Sibanye-Stillwater, a role held since November 2016, which involves oversight of all HR functions at the operational level and participation in the Mine’s Senior Head of Departments team. Prior experience includes positions at Anglo Platinum, starting as an HR Assistant in 2004 and progressing to HR Officer, Human Resources Coordinator, Acting Senior HR Manager, and ultimately HR Manager Operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Management from the Central University of Technology and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Maccauvlei Learning Academy, complemented by a Grade 12 certificate from Rustenburg Hoërskool.
