Vasco Mora has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vasco began their career at TiS.pt, S.A. as a Junior Consultant, where they focused on mobility solutions and database design. Vasco then moved on to Exacto - Estudos e Planeamento, Lda., where they worked as a Civil Engineer specializing in transportation and traffic consulting.

Vasco also worked as an Adviser to the Mobility Deputy Mayor at Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, where they specialized in process analysis, management, and technological potential for urban mobility.

Most recently, Vasco joined Emel as a Process Management and Business Analyst, focusing on process analysis and management as a Product Manager.

Vasco Mora began their education at Dom Pedro V from 1993 to 1996, where they studied an unspecified field. Vasco then pursued a degree in Civil Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico from 1996 to 2003. In 2003, Vasco completed a post-graduate program in Transportation/Mobility Management at the same institution. Later, in 2011 to 2012, they attended ISEGI - Univ. Nova Lisboa for a post-graduate degree in Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management (BI KM).
