Bassam Noor

Bassam Noor, CFA, is the Chief Executive Officer at SICO Capital since December 2023. Prior to this, Noor held various leadership roles such as CIO - Alternative Investments at Derayah Financial and Head of International Real Estate at AlRajhi United. With a background in investment management, private equity, and real estate, Noor has demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing regional and international investments across different sectors. Noor obtained a dual degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of South Florida in 2003.
