Rita Grazda

Rita Grazda's work experience includes various roles in human resources and board membership. Rita began their career as Director of HR Communication & Strategy at Bell Atlantic in 1995 and went on to hold positions at American Express, The Segal Company, YellowBrix, AvalonBay Communities, Inc., and Knowledgebank. Rita then served as Vice President/Director of Human Resources at QinetiQ before joining SICPA as Vice President of Human Resources for North America. Rita currently serves as a Board Member at Rebuilding Together DC Alexandria.

Rita Grazda obtained a BA in Journalism/Business from California State University, Northridge, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. In August 2018, they also obtained a certification as a Governance Fellow from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors).
