Christine Lin

Christine Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and business analysis. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at SideChef since May 2023, Christine previously held the position of Business Analyst at ThoughtWorks from June 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included product function analysis, project delivery in agile environments, and client proposals. As BU Recruitment Partner at ThoughtWorks, strategic human resource planning was executed in collaboration with business unit heads. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Recruiter (International) at RIB Software SE, focusing on high-level recruitment in multiple countries, and as a Bank Teller at Agricultural Bank of China. Christine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in German Language and Literature from Sun Yat-sen University, completed in 2014.
