Adam Levin

Adam Levin is the Head of Corporate Development at Sidewalk Labs. Adam was previously a Principal at Bain Capital Ventures from January 2018 to December 2020, where they were part of the growth equity team within the global Bain Capital platform. Adam focused on B2B software companies across many industries, including classic growth stage businesses all the way to pre IPO candidates.

Before Bain Capital Ventures, Adam worked as a Vice President at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors from January 2014 to December 2018. At Kayne Anderson, Adam deepened existing industry knowledge and contacts to help drive investment strategies. Adam also developed financial models relating to financings, valuation analyses and liquidity events. Furthermore, Adam participated in all aspects of due diligence, including financial, IP and industry research. Adam also worked directly with portfolio companies, including board observer roles. Lastly, Adam reported directly to partner and oversaw associates on deal teams.

During their time at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, Adam completed seven growth equity SaaS platform transactions: Drivewyze (transportation and logistics provider), CellTrust (secure mobile communication solution), Atlas RFID (industrial construction management software), Cryptzone (enterprise network security and identity and access management solutions), Azalea (healthcare software solution), DiCentral (electronic data interchange provider to manufacturing and retail businesses), and Proficio (outsourced security managed services and software solution).

Adam Levin has a MBA in Management from The Wharton School and a BA in English from University of Pennsylvania.
