Caroline Schreiber has extensive experience in marketing and communications roles in the arts and cultural sector. Caroline is currently working as a Marketing Manager at Sideways 6 since 2022. Caroline then enrolled at Queen Mary University of London from 2004 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Geography. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Cultural and Creative Industries from King's College London, completing their studies from 2007 to 2008.

Continuing their educational journey, Caroline joined the London School of Marketing - CIM qualification centre in 2009 and 2010, where they obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they completed the Building Disability Confidence Training provided by Shape. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, Executive Mini MBA from LSBF - London School of Business & Finance (LSBF), Counter Terrorism Awareness training from Action Counters Terrorism, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The Lean Six Sigma Company. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the Management Training Programme offered by Carrie Birmingham Consult Ltd.
