Jake Dipple

Jake Dipple is a professional with a wealth of experience in customer success and sales. Jake began their career in 2014 at MVF as an Account Manager, and was promoted to Senior Account Manager and Regional Account Manager. In 2016, they joined Partnerize as a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Customer Success Director. In 2018, they moved to Sprinklr as a Senior Success Manager and Senior Manager, Global Strategic Success. In 2021, they joined theUp.co (ServedUp/ChargedUp) as Head of Sales & Success and Head of Customer Success. Jake is currently employed at Sideways 6 as Head of Customer Success.

Jake Dipple attended Alliance Manchester Business School from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Management (Marketing).
