Andrew Hardesty

Andrew Hardesty is a seasoned project manager with significant experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Generator Service Project Manager at Siemens Energy since September 2024, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the timely execution of generator service projects and collaborating with Tendering and Gas Services counterparts. Previously, Andrew held the role of Project Manager at Jim Myers & Sons, Inc. from September 2022 to September 2024, where oversight of customer-facing engineering projects ranged from $500K to $5M. Andrew also contributed to SkoFlo Industries Inc. from August 2019 to August 2022 in various project management capacities, directing engineering efforts for subsea oilfield developments, and began the career at PaneraTech, Inc. and Iron Mountains LLC in product engineering and CAD design roles, respectively. Andrew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University.
